Worldwide Emergency Assistance Service
No matter where you are, you can access 24-hour free global emergency support services. Services include medical assistance, travel and pre-trip support, Medpass, and post-medical repatriation home care support services.

All Insureds age below 70
- Call the 24-hour Worldwide Emergency Assistance hotline at (852) 2866 1810
- Provide your policy number and personal information for identity verification.
- Based on the required support services, customer service representatives will request relevant information from the client, including medical reports, contact details of the attending physician, etc.
- Once the case is established, the service provider will arrange the relevant support services for the client.

Notes:
- Services provided globally include China (excluding the place of residence) but do not cover travel within the same country from one province to another.
- Applicable for short-term travel (90 days).
- Not applicable for individuals aged 70 or above.
- Emergency medical evacuation/repatriation arrangement must be approved by the provider, and the health condition must be suitable for travel.
