Worldwide Emergency Assistance Service

No matter where you are, you can access 24-hour free global emergency support services. Services include medical assistance, travel and pre-trip support, Medpass, and post-medical repatriation home care support services.

All Insureds age below 70

  1. Call the 24-hour Worldwide Emergency Assistance hotline at (852) 2866 1810
  2. Provide your policy number and personal information for identity verification.
  3. Based on the required support services, customer service representatives will request relevant information from the client, including medical reports, contact details of the attending physician, etc.
  4. Once the case is established, the service provider will arrange the relevant support services for the client.

Notes:

  1. Services provided globally include China (excluding the place of residence) but do not cover travel within the same country from one province to another.
  2. Applicable for short-term travel (90 days).
  3. Not applicable for individuals aged 70 or above.
  4. Emergency medical evacuation/repatriation arrangement must be approved by the provider, and the health condition must be suitable for travel.
