About our Internship Programme
We welcome highly motivated university students in
their penultimate and antepenultimate year to join
our programme. Our programme provides the
opportunity to explore how your skills can be
adapted to working in a professional financial
institution.
In this 3-or 6-month Internship program, interns will have the
opportunity to deep dive into the work-life at CTF Life as they uplift their skills and
knowledge through meaningful and practical on-the-job assignments.

"The CTF Life Graduate Trainee Programme is a 12/18-month programme aiming at providing young talent insurance training and on-the-job exposure towards a fast-track career in the industry.
Through the programme, we aspire to nurture the next generation innovators to drive changes and promising directions to the industry. We cultivate a pipeline of talent to support business growth and organisational transformation to get fully prepared for the ever-changing market."
Are you who we are looking for?
We invite fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree or master's degree in business or related discipline from an accredited University to apply for the prgoramme. Graduates with 1-2 years of working experience (preferably in the insurance industry) are also welcome! We included below some of the qualities we are looking for in our applicants:
Own a strong innovative mindset with high learning agility and flexibility. Capable of facing chellenges and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
Show astute judgement, analytical thinking and problem solving skill. Demonstrate resilience in the face of drastic changes.
Equipped with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate ability in working effectively individually and with teams across functions.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. The ability to speak Putonghua is a bonus.
