Cheque/E-cheque/Bank Draft
Payment Channels
You may settle a payment for initial premium, renewal premium, deposit for change, loan repayment, and subsequent lump sum investment by sending us a crossed cheque, bank draft, or E-cheque payable to "Chow Tai Fook Life Insurance Company Limited". Please note that we do not accept post-dated cheques or cheques not signed by the policyowner.
Crossed Cheque or Bank Draft
Please write the policy number and Policyholder's name on the back of the cheque and mail the cheque to our Customer Service Centre. You may also give us the cheque in person at our Customer Service Centre.
E-cheque
Please send the E-cheque to ctflife.cashier@ctflife.com.hk. Make sure you have also enclosed the policy number and name of the policyholder.
Important Notes
If the premium payment is made with a local or overseas bank draft, please make sure you also submit the bank draft receipt to facilitate the verification process of the payer's name. Please allow 3 working days for payment confirmation.The grace period for premium settlement is 31 days after the premium due date. Renewal premiums should be settled within the grace period.
Acting in your best interests, we only accept payments from the policyholder's or the insured's account. Unless under specific conditions, payments made by a third-party or any other accounts are NOT accepted.
