With the phone banking services provided by Hang Seng Bank and HSBC, you can settle policy payments from your bank accounts via any tone-dialing phone.
Applicable to payments for renewal premium, deposit for change, loan repayment, and subsequent lump sum investment.

Important Notes
- As we do not provide receipts, please keep the transaction reference number for your own reference
- Please allow 3 working days for payment confirmation.
- The grace period for premium settlement is 31 days after the premium due date. Renewal premiums should be settled within the grace period.
- Acting in your best interests, we only accept payments from the policyholder's or the insured's account. Unless under specific conditions, payments made by a third-party or any other accounts are NOT accepted.
